There is also a two bedroom self contained unit below the main house that is not accessible internally. This can be sublet to reduce your rent or used for the extended family, teenagers etc. This has returned $150 rent p/w in the past.

The section is a decent size with a lot of gardens and lawns for outdoor living and the kids to play.

The house is smokefree however smoking outside is fine.
