We (tenants) are 8 months into a 12 month tenancy. The successful applicants will have to fulfil the remaining 4 months to end of January 2015, and then decide if they want to extend.

The house has been a pleasure to live in and has quiet neighbours. We are leaving as we need more room and have decided to get a dog. Re-listing the property on behalf of the landlord.
