2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom.

I have a lovely one bedroom available in my unit apartment which I would like to rent - fully furnished. Comes with a single bed, mattress and pillow. Bedding provided but you may wish to bring spare. The room has an in-built wardrobe, with a cupboard inside too so it's quite handy to sore multiple items inside. You have a nice large window and flooring has carpet which keeps the room warm in the winter.

You will share bathroom with myself as well as the kitchen and the lounge. Bathroom has a bathtub so you can have baths as well as showers. In the lounge I have very comfortable couches, dining table and a large flat screen TV which you will also have access to.

Please note that the bedroom will be cleared out as it currently still has items from when my daughter lived with me.

A bit about myself, I am of indian background, middle aged female. I attend church and participate in activities regularly.

Ideally I am looking for a female person to share the place with me, who doesn't mind indian food as I am always preparing spicy indian food in the house. Off-street parking available if you have a car otherwise 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop which goes straight to Auckland city, and you can also get the express buses in the morning which gets you to the city in 15 mins peak time.
