There is currently a fridge /freezer in the house which is in going order at the moment, but I would prefer tenants to provide their own. The fridge/freezer is older than me and there are no plans to replace it once it goes.

There are plans to paint the outside of the house in spring, the inside has been renovated and insulated.

Pets are fine, the house is fenced.

Lawns remain the responsibility of the tenant.

References are required. 12 month tenancy

Bond is $380, rent paid week in advance.

Hoping to get better photos this weekend after current tenants leave, bathroom photos are too dark to use.
