This is a beautiful new small cottage designed on a circa 1900 settlers cottage and specifically built so that we can have a genuine animal friendly person live on site that can take care of the chooks, Geese, 2 dogs and a cat while we are away during the school holidays and at some other times.

The cottage is sited in a private setting 40 metres from the main house.
We are a family with 3 daughters.

We will only charge a modest rent of $150 p/w and while away on holiday there will be no rent to pay in leu of minding the property and animals.

Electricity and telephone use will be separately paid for.

It would suit a quite single person that appreciates a very beautiful NZ rural setting 15 minutes to Tuakau, 20 minutes drive to Pukekohe and 55 minutes to Auckland Central.
