This is a two floors house. The bedroom for rent is aheading the East in the 2nd flloor,so there is plenty of sun light in the morning till 2pm in summer time. 4 rooms and the bathroom are in the 2nd floor. Entrance, kitchen, livingroom, backyard and the room left in the first floor.

There is refrigerator with fridge, laundry machine, full equiped kitchen (no dishwashher though). Kitchen is very big!!
No heat pump.

Room is around 10 m2, with a window facing the backyard. no furnished.

Very nice neighborhood, and good enviroment in the house with my flatmates, never had a single problem after living here for a year and a half.

25 min walking to city center.
