We are very sad to be leaving our 2.5 bedroom apartment of (almost) four years, but London calls! We're looking for someone to take over our lease - which will be renewed on 31 January 2015.

We are the first tenants to live in this 2.5 bedroom apartment. One of six within the building, it has a large kitchen space, two bedrooms, a toilet/bathroom and separate shower, and we use the 'half' bedroom as a lounge area. Originally a print factory, it's been transformed into an awesome apartment.

There is also a balcony, which gets morning sun.

The photos I've taken really don't do this place justice. It is modern, we've taken great care of it since we've moved in, with two skylights to bring in extra sun (and fresh air) as well as fully insulated and with double glazed windows. It keeps the heat well. There's also a 'fresh air filter' which brings in fresh air if you've got the windows closed.

Rent is $450 per week, plus $6 a fortnight for rubbish. The rent includes a car park. We'll be assigning our lease to you, which will run till 31 January 2015 with option to renew. Bond is two week's rent.

We also have a number of items available for sale - from a Queen sized bed, to wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bookshelves, kitchen items etc etc. Just let us know what you'd be interested in on viewing.
