The Retreat is ideally suited as a luxurious weekender or holiday home. The talking point has to be the electrically operated fold down decks. Both decks are independently operated allowing you to close in the outdoor portico giving you an additional room in the event of inclement weather and security whilst you are out of town.

The main house features exposed wooden rafters, two bedrooms and bath room with separate toilet. Across the portico is access to third bedroom with its ensuite accessed through the walk in wardrobe. This room is ideal for privacy and separation from the main house.

Bi-fold doors open from the living area onto the full length Kwila deck. You’ll be bathed in Martinborough sun with the added bonus of a roaring Jetmaster fire to keep you warm in winter.

A residents only swimming pool, playground, petanque & tennis court make your affordable retreat even more desirable.
