If you are looking for a section close to town that stands out from the rest as it has a patch of native bush with small bush walk and a lovely meandering stream which could very easily be turned in to a gorgeous wet land area with feature rocks and a stand of totara trees then you cannot go past this gently sloping north facing site. Although it may be hard to believe this very site is within an easy walk to the town centre and the rainbow falls track so be quick as sites like this are not found easily or often.
