A job transfer to Oamaru has meant leaving their extremely sunny, private, quiet and peaceful home. The three bedrooms (all with built in wardrobes) have served this family well, and the all ceratone bathroom has made life and cleaning a breeze. The kitchen combines the dining area and opens to the lounge and the deck / balcony. This area is at the rear of the house, to the north getting lots of sun and views of the city and harbour, and their large expansive lawn that is fully fenced - a fabulous place for the kids to play, kick a ball and have a trampoline and sunset. And now that it is 75% double glazed, mostly insulated top and bottom, heatpump and log burner, it is super cosy. Off street parking for two right by the front door (so easy access to unload your grocery's), and recently the exterior has been painted.
