Custom designed and constructed by Lockwood in 1993, the house is structurally sound and built to withstand the long term effects of being close to the ocean.

It is located in a desirable position in the bay straight across from the ocean and our owners have loved being just a three minute walk to the substantial boat-ramp, the Lodge with dining and the general store.

Three double bedrooms – two with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is spacious with a large, open walk-in wardrobe area. There is a second toilet and vanity room opposite the laundry area, and an outside shower off the back porch.

The loft area is open and spacious with views over the lounge/dining and through large picture windows, across the bay to Cape Runaway. Four double couches that roll-out into bed-couches make this a very comfortable extra lounging and sleeping room for several children/adults.

Facing north, it gets all day sun. It is spacious, very warm and ultra-comfortable all year round. Just imagine sitting on the front covered deck enjoying coffee as the sun rises over the Cape and a different beverage as you enjoy the colours as it sets to the east. Enjoy perfect indoor/outdoor living with easy flow onto covered verandas and extended decking of 4m x 4m on either side of 3.5m wide front steps.

The back veranda is
