What is included with most lots: frames, trusses, roof, double glazed windows, all doors, kitchen, bathroom and ensuite joinery, some appliances, two toilets. Wiring will be labelled and bundled. Plumbing (pipes remain in the walls and will be cut at the top of the frames for reconnection). CD with everything submitted to council when the house was originally built.

What is not included with most lots: bricks (optional), gib, carpet, floor and wall tiles.
