Sections were a dime a dozen remember those days? There are few of them left now and with the Auckland population exploding the island is not far behind as the secret gets out and of course you can't always find a property you want; so the answer is to build. Main selling features here are obvious. For starters it is over half an acre of land (2031 sq m more or less) with about a 20.5m frontage. The site backs onto the unique and beautiful bird and forest reserve, (wake up to a natural winged orchestra and wish them goodnight as you enjoy your peaceful place). The location is so wonderful; north side of island and walk to the best beach on earth (ok I'm a tad bias).
