We hope this house will appeal to a young family. The swimming pool, large sandpit, swings and large section with mature trees will provide many hours of fun to the little ones.

Other point of interest.

Kitchen- Granite bench top, Bosch dishwasher and cooker, the cooker being less than a year old.

Bathroom- Above standard size shower cubicle. High pressure water. Shower are powerful and endless with infinity gas.

Heating- Brand new wood burner (May 2014) and inverter heat pump in hallway.

Large section that can be subdivided. survey was done few years back ($7000) and pegs are still there but you will need to reapply to the council.

Extensively renovated villa. The layout is great; it is very sunny and comfortable, the indoor/outdoor flow provide for great family living.

Swimming pool- All properly fenced but we often take 2 panels out when we use it. See picture
we are not moving far and will provide full training for maintenance if needed.

Sandpit is about 10 sqm and is still being used to this date by our 9 and 6 years old.

Fencing was done over the past 6 months and, as a result, some areas of grass are patchy (digger and storing of stones). We are still busy painting it (black).
