A Warm Family Home
We are going back home to Germany. So we would like to sell our lovely warm house.
It has 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and a great family bathroom. There is also a little office beside the fourth bedroom with an extra entrance. It is mainly double glazed and gets sun all day. A big sliding door makes the indoor-outdoor flow in the summer perfect. You also have a glips of the sea which is especially nice in the morning when the sun comes up. It has a lot to offer for the children. There is a sandpit, a slide, a climbing tree and it comes also with a spring free trampoline. We have apple and cherry trees and enough space for all your veggies to grow. The big and covered deck, which is north facing, is a relaxing place where you can watch the children having fun outside. It’s fully fenced, so if you have a dog, everything is done.
In the lounge there is a fireplace which heats the open planed area and the kitchen. The hallway has a heat pump which heats all the bedrooms. The bathrooms have under floor heating and in the roof there is a heat transfer system.
In the shed beside the house you can park your car and/or store all your belongings and tools. There is also a workbench with a great sunny window so you can hammer, or paint, or glue or do whatever you like to do.
