This is a small house that gets all day sun and great views out over the Green Island basin right up to saddle hill. It is a roughcast concrete over a frame. The true plaster house, not roughcast over weatherboards, plus it is fitted with a brand new roof.. The 2 bedroom are on the smaller size taking a queen-size bed and draw sets, but it does have a separate toilet and an updated bathroom along with a larger lounge with kitchen attached that is heated by heat-pump and sun, it isn't double glazed but is fully insulated. It has a small non maintenance backyard with the clothes line out the side beside the heat pump motor, thus always having a breeze blowing past the washing,even in winter washing dries in 4 hours and hangs in all day sun
There are 2 wood-chipped gardens and a large glasshouse with an area to put 2 raised garden beds.The rest is concrete and gravel.
The only lawn is the rd frontage (5min to mow) and the garage is always a constant warm temperature. I found it the ideal man cave as there is also a 9m2 shed to keep more valuable man items stores (or the toys). There could be a fantastic deck to enhance this place but basically most things are done (or will be by sale time. Feel free to ring me but I will only have a viewing if there is highly good chance of a sale. My tenant would need the required 90 day vacate notice
This would be a perfect downsize home and I found it a fantastic dad and daughter home, on the downside it does have a small path rise to the door (as in photo).
Basically for $179k you would get a solid house that lays in all day sun with fantastic views with an option to have a garden and add value with a deck or to just sit back and relax and entertain the way it is..
