This was a fabulous place to live, nice and quiet peaceful back section with a stunning big Palm Tree by the entrance. Sitting in the garden at night often the distant sound of the surf, bird song through the day. Sadly with February 22nd Earthquake the house failed. The section was fine, no luiquidfaction at all.

The 849sqm site having been cleared by the previous insurer, provides options for an astute purchaser to develop a new build, or place a relocatable. Four boundary iron fences remain with Cast Iron Gates, along with some established trees and shrubbery.

Hidden amongst the overgrowth now, lies some lovely brickwork which was part of my organic vege garden, I will try and find some photographs.
