Views extend over Mangonui harbour and over Tokerau Beach; even North Cape can be sighted on a good day! From the hedged paddock the view extends southeast across the Oruaiti valley towards the Taupo Bay turnoff. Our neighbours are all very good too!

We feel we should be nearer our new grandchildren and retire to Auckland.
