Built in mid-late 2012, this house is built in a popular new subdivision called Totara Park in sunny Otaki. The neighbourhood is interactive and kid friendly, the house is situated opposite a childrens playground.

The lounge is perfect for movie lovers, set up with surround sound speakers and a 50" 3D Plasma TV, built into the wall (TV included in sale). The speakers are not obtrusive, they are flush with the walls and ceilings.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright. It has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe, with custom built drawers, hangers and shelving.
The main bathroom and ensuite have the black and white theme, with charred oak vanities, black tiles on the floor and spacious glass framed top quality showers (not imports), with tiled wet floor.
