This lovely 1012m2 (old fashioned quarter acre) section in Kakanui is located in a quiet road with a view of the sea. Just 500 metres from the river for fishing, kayaking etc and centrally located within the Kakanui village. Drive for 15 minutes north and you're in Oamaru - the SteamPunk capital of the World - and where the Little Blue Penguins nest. In the other direction, you're not far from Moeraki where the glorious round boulders reside. If you want a city fix, Dunedin is just over an hour away! This is a nice flat section begging for a house to be built on it - view early to avoid disappointment.
