We have very quiet, peaceful and secure rural living. The land is gently sloping and dished, directly north,with the beautiful estuary view over pastoral and native forest scenery. (There are 15 likeminded neighbours, most just out of sight and sound, spread out over approximatly 2 km.on our eco-village),
In less than 10 minutes walk you can set your fishing net. Our peninsula has lots of native bush walks, no chemical trespass, and many renowned spots of local history and beauty.

There is a medium sized 2-bedroom Lockwood house featuring 3 bay windows, fully refurbished, with a large deck area. Water heating is solar (or wetback or electric). Water and waste water treatment, is on-site and eco friendly.
