If you're looking for a piece of good old kiwiana flavor, come along the beachfront to No 342 in Ohope. Built in the 60's this holiday pad has many tales to tell, but a lot more living to do yet. A large freestanding gas stove commands center of attention in the cosy living area, but come a summers day this room opens its doors to the north and its all about the deck and seaside sounds. It's an ideal location if you're into your dinghy or kayak fishing and want the beach on tap for the kids to swim and surf.
