Situated in Golden Valley, the house is 6kms from Waihi Beach and 6kms from the town. Originally built as a farm house, we bought it in 2004 and have invested alot bringing it up to date. Improvements include polished wood floors, new carpets, tinted double glazing to stop fading, foam insulation in walls, DVS, Pink Batts in roof, Expol under floors. Solar hot water with wet back; we have never turned the electric water heater on.

Great as either a lifestyle property or bringing up a family. We have no kids and it is a family home. Comes with free range chickens and two goats if you promise to look after them.
