What a lovely, quiet, central and delightful place this is; such character and feel good vibes - it reminds me of days gone by. Feel good it is indeed and to make it even feel better check out the opportunities. A section that is on its own title at the front of the cottage with a little shed/studio that is a good size and looks like it was well built in its time, it would be a great place for inspiration.
The site where the cottage is has a large lawned area that is fabulous for family and friends to enjoy that is flat and sunny.
