We intended to build so we could drive in with the boat from Arakotipu Boulevard, unhook the boat and drive out on Kukumoa Way. No backing and turning around.

Unfortuntely, we have had to change our plans and now won't be building here.

With proposed developments in Opotiki this sub-division is poised to go ahead. The existing residents love the quiet seaside aspect, but easy access to Opotiki and Whakatane.
