When you get over this, you'll realise you are standing on a beautiful, warm, timber 'floating' floor, leading to the charming main lounge one way, and as you turn to the other, you'll see the stunning entertainers' kitchen. As the lady of the house states, 'We have entertained parties comprising 50 guests from this kitchen very comfortably. I have the luxury of extensive bench areas for preparation and serving; all this whilst losing nothing of the view of the animals grazing beyond the 'haha' and out to the Manukau Harbour'.

The family office is close to the open plan living, then as you move to the hall the TV lounge comes in to view and the master bedrooms, all with superb views. Two more bedrooms make up the rest of this western wing.
