We think so. This gorgeous heritage villa has been our much loved family home for the past 11 years.

It is warm and sunny, with the most beautiful rambling gardens, on a massive corner site, and so close to town and schools, you can walk to everything.

The kitchen and living areas are North facing and have all day sun. The cosy wood burner keeps us toasty warm in the kitchen in winter, along with ducted gas central heating throughout the house.

The stunning pressed tin ceilings and high stud give the house a real feeling of grandeur, along with wonderful decorative fireplaces in all the main rooms, just perfect for hanging stockings on Christmas Eve.

Currently decorated in our classic English country style, with the original floorboards showing the patina of the last 100 years, and simple white walls giving a lovely calm and airy feel. Or use as the perfect blank canvas to indulge your own interior design style.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main villa, separate dining and living and a large country kitchen which truly is the heart of the home.

We will be so sad to leave this wonderful home, but have found a new project in the country and so are looking for a new family to love and treasure this home for the next chapter of its history.
