15 km up Snowy river road this property has two buildings with it's own power generation system.
The first building is an American style barn which needs to lined out and have the internal wall positioned as required. It is double glazed and has an top floor balcony. there is also a 3000liter septic tank onsite.
The second building is a wood cabin which has has electricity and high pressure water. It also has a separate toilet and shower building.
The power is generated by hydro and solar panels which produce 4amps to 18amps an hour.
