This has been our much loved family home for the last ten years. It has been a fantastic place to bring up our children with a HUGE garden, four plus bedrooms FOUR bathrooms (two of which are ensuites) an open plan kitchen, dining, breakfast room with separate lounge and another separate family room. On top of that is a play room, study, massive laundry and plenty of room for boys toys and workshop space in the garage.
It is heated by gas central heating, has a central vacuum system and loads of period style features such as ornate cornices, ceiling roses, five tier chandelier in the double height entrance way and rimu skirting, but still great as a child friendly environment.
If you are looking for a central location with masses of room inside and out, within walking distance of schools and New World supermarket but without road noise and lots of privacy, then you can't find better.
