3 large double bedrooms and good size lounge with a Kent built-in fire which is great in winter and heats the whole house. It has a “Smart Vent” system installed

Large covered deck out the back is great for entertaining. It has a pull out clothes line which is great for drying washing winter or summer. We have put a clearlite wall at one end of the deck to cut down the wind so its nice to sit out there anytime. Down the stairs from the deck is a small paved (BBQ) area where we have built-in a chiminea (fire).

The house is on a small easy care, fully fenced section. There is a small carport and we have built another carport beside it where we keep our boat. Behind the carport is a small shed / room. There is also a garden shed out the back with a small wood shed beside it.

We have dogs and have fenced in an area for their kennels, this could be used as a kids playground area, a garden, or (as we use it) a
