Cabin 14 has the best location at Wa-iti Beach. It is situated on the waterfront and has fantastic uninterrupted sea views. It is nearest to the boat ramp, closest to the Caf??, is sheltered from the southerly winds, and privately situated away from public access paths.
Wai-iti beach is only a 35 minute drive north of New Plymouth (12km north of Urenui). Wai-iti has its own blue penguin colony with a hutch just outside the master bedroom. When you arrive, sit back and relax – there’s no maintenance to be done; lawns and vegetation are all taken care of. The beach itself is a safe swimming beach for all the family, and there is plenty of gurnard and schnapper to be caught just off the shore.
