We have had this section for 12 years and are selling it to buy a bush block. We have enjoyed camping on it with friends and family as a fishing base. Enjoy visits from the local Tui's and Wood Pigeons. Walking distance to town,shops,cafes parks and pubs. There is a shed and fish bench on site.Town water and sewerage are at the boundary.Only a few minutes drive to Fury creek boat ramp and 10 minutes to the Te kouma boat ramp. Only one neighbour as the other two boundries back on to reserves. There are no covenants so you can transport a house on to the section.
