Bah Humbug those resolutions ... but owning your own piece of paradise to put a decent bach on for now - and suitable for retirement later - would be nice. If what you need is: * A flat, fairly sizable section * Phone, internet, power services to go * Something straight across from the beach * Easy access to water activities including deep sea fishing, and sandy beach swimming. I'll ask again, why not Waihau Bay?
