Lakes Resort is a gated community offering security, resort gardener, wildlife sanctuary, recreation centre, restaurant/bar/conference facilities, fully equipped gym/ lap-pool/tennis courts. An outdoor pool is soon to be built.
The triple pavilion home features four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living spaces, large double garage and gallery spaces. The guest pavilion is set up for a B&B or private guest wing and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette with sitting room enjoying views over the lush environs. The separate guest entry would be ideal for wheelchair access. There is space for a carpark ideal for disabled carparking.
The current owners built the home to be fairly maintenance free without compromising on style. It is leak-free with decent eaves, using robust materials with cavity system, bagged blocks, anodised joinery with careful attention to detail in planning and construction resulting with a strong, solid and easy care building.
The main brief in the design was to achieve friendly open spaces with loads of sun, light and extensive views/vistas from every space. Hence it is designed around the vistas and adjacent reserve to the North East.
Features include:- under-floor heating, 2 heat pumps, wide gas fireplace, motorised blinds to the main bedroom and living room (West). Window treatments are purpose designed for privacy with a combination of sun-filters, block out blinds and drapes. There are three outdoor living spaces. An East, Northern and Western.
