I sit in the sun on an elevated section and I have a really nice kitchen that you will love cooking in, plus my bathroom has been refurbished too. Off the dining room my French doors open out for you to entertain on my large private deck and I have an awesome flat back yard which I think kids will love. I am close to the Huatoki walkway, schools, and bus stops. Lucky for me I have 4 bedrooms and a separate lounge with a cosy wood burner. I'm not a large house but I have everything you need and I think first home buyers might like me. I do need a lick of paint on the exterior but you can see I am not hiding anything. I do have aluminium joinery as well and my roof must have been replaced at some stage. I do think you would be wise to come take a peek around.
