Under QV! Located at Takou Bay just north of Kerikeri. The land is near flat and roughly divided into four areas by rows of trees. Boundary fencing covers three of the four boundaries with a farm gate to the road. The property is currently intermittently grazed by a neighbours cattle and used for the odd camping trip we make when we are in the north.
Power and telephone are to the rear western boundary near a likely building site. We could look at a part swap with 'what-have-you'?
