RAGDOLL COTTAGE is NOT a BATCH.... It is a fully self contained , self catering, two bedroomed cottage, with a full kitchen, and a large conservatory.It is a clean ,comfortable and modern cottage.
Set in beautiful sub tropical gardens, just north of Kerikeri,and a great base to explore the delightful tourist destinations of the top part of New Zealand.
Huge 66 jet massaging spa pool just for my guests to use.
Plenty of off road parking for a boat, etc.
Cot and highchair provided.
.Enclosed patio / conservatory with a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom opens onto its own deck.
.Sky T.V. a and a DVD player. ( lots of kid's videos supplied )
Childrens trampoline, and a "wee-ones" swing set,.and a netball hoop.
You can feed the friendly Alpacas , and the spotted lambs, their pellets.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has twin singles, that can become a king bed. A rollaway or cot can also fit in the 2nd bedroom.
A comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the lounge.

No pets, please,as the owner breeds pedigree Ragdoll cats,
The cats are housed in their own appartments, and do not go into the cottage. No fur....no fleas...
However, you can cuddle kittens,( In season) or cuddle the adult Mums and dads.
Bay of Islands sightseeing tours,or fishing trips around the Bay of Islands can be arranged.Inspection wellcomed.
Northland's best beaches are just up the road at Matauri and Te Ngarie bays.

ALL EMAILS WILL BE ANSWERED, THE SAME DAY .
A Minium rate applies for summer, and other peak holiday periods, for up to 2 people.
The cottage can sleep up to 6 people.
Winter longer term rental available at great rates.

I do the cleaning when guests depart, But I do expect the dishes to be washed!!
