This tidy cottage situated near our own home, would suit a professional person who needs accommodation during the week and returns home at the weekend. The cottage is fully furnished. It is 3 rooms - small open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/laundry. The rent is $150 a week plus $20 a week for electricity. Because it is small it really only suits one person.
