Sunny, spacious and warm in private garden setting as the photos show. The apartment takes up much of the ground floor of a 70's era house, as you can see from the outside. There is space between the apartment ceiling and house floor above so is soundproof. The kitchen is mostly 80's era except for near new dishwasher and microwave. All rooms in the apartment were redecorated in 2012 (new carpet,curtains, colour scheme).

En suite bathroom - difficult to photograph but it is a toilet/basin and cabinet and cubicle shower.

Previous tenants have left furnishings and cutlery etc but they are a bit ordinary and will be removed unless you want them.

The wharf photo taken from upstairs shows distance to the beach but tenants need not jump!
