One bedroom unit that is attached to our family home. It is fully lockable from the main house and has its own access.

Power is on a private check meter off the main house, the last tennant only paid $400 for power in a 7 months.

Note we have pets, 2 black lab dogs (Duke and Daisy), 1 cat (Totu), they are fully house trained and nice animals that may come to visit from time to time. We also have 4 chickens and ducks, so you must be pet friendly.

We are relaxed people and we do all of the gardening and lawns. We are planning on building a deck onto the unit for extended outdoor living.
