We have loved living here. The property is fully fenced and down a right-of-way making it very private. An extensive partly roofed deck area captures afternoon/evening sun and the roofed area provides seating out of the sun or a great place to get washing dry on a wet day. French doors onto the deck provide entry into an open plan living/kitchen area. The kitchen is an excellent space to work. It has a good stove, plenty of bench space and cupboards, and a breakfast bar. The new fridge was purchased by the current tenants in January and is available for purchase by the new tenants. There are timber floors throughout apart from one bedroom which is carpeted. This same bedroom also has a double wardrobe and fits a queen size bed and full bedroom suite in it. The second bedroom captures morning sun and fits a super king size bed and a desk in it. The bathroom has an extractor fan, excellent lighting, a heated towel rail and excellent shelving. The laundry is big enough for a washing machine and a dryer and provides access to a fabulous hot water/linen cupboard. There is a sheltered back door area useful for storing coats etc. The house is fully insulated, and heated by a heat pump. Quiet neighbours. Lawns included.
