Cute weatherboard character workers cottage in Linwood in the area of Fitzgerald Avenue and Avonside Drive.

We are looking for 1-2 tenants with a preference for a longer term tenancy. While the cottage has two bedrooms one is small so this is not a good situation for two flatmates. However the cottage would be perfect for a couple or someone on their own.
Heat pump in the lounge for warmth. Chimneys removed and EQC work completed.

Some maintenance work will be done externally on the cottage over the next few months

The cottage has two brick courtyards (front and rear) and no lawn. It is on a fairly quiet street with great neighbours.

Property manager for the cottage lives next door.

Requirements:
- quiet tenant, no loud parties, noise etc
- references needed
- must be working and have a good credit rating
- able to keep the gardens (and house) tidy
- there is a small charge to use the shed power where the washing machine hooks up. Power for the shed is charged to the property next door, so tenant will be expected to pay promptly each month - no credit.
