We have two lovely baches in Palm Beach that will be available from the 31st March. The first is a quirky, colourful one bedroom bungalow that has a lovely, kiwiana feel with sunny, covered deck area looking out into beautiful sub-tropical bush. This UNFURNISHED accomodation is looking for long-term single or couple and has off-street parking. Just a short walk down the hill to the diary or takeaways and a little further to lovely Palm Beach. Nice layout with wooden floors and heat pumps to keep you warm in the coming winter months. The second is a relatively new Studio with a separate sleep out (also new-ish). The studio also has a lovely outlook with good indoor-outdoor flow onto decks that look into beautiful sub-tropical bush. This is also unfurnished with a heat pump but has no off-street parking but there is an area on the roadside that the existing tenant uses. Both units are available for the same value of $350 per week (including power). So first in - first choice. Good references required.
