Complex has a large outdoor space with a communal picnic table, BBQ area, courtyard, and two washing lines either side of the complex (perfect for capturing morning or afternoon sun). The outdoor washhouse has a new washing machine and dryer and is only used by a few of the apartments.

No letting fees, or any of that nonsense, just a simple two weeks bond payment.

Complex has a large car parking area. There are six 'free' spaces that are always available to people in the building. Usually one or two of these parks is available during the week, and there's always parks at weekends when many people aren't around. Otherwise closeby resididents parking is about $115 a year.
