Cool coastal pad perfect for your summer holidays. This lovely beach house is on an acre of land and has stunning ocean views! ! The 2 bedroom house has been lovingly refurbished with a large open plan area - fully equipped kitchen, new stove, Freeview TV.

Conservartory-style sitting room opens out onto deck area with table and umbrella. Large lawned area idea for summer games. Short stroll to two beautiful sandy beaches where boats can be launched from or just down the boat ramp at Amodeo Bay (2 mins drive). Beach is great for fishing, diving, safe swimming and sight seeing.

Waitete Bay is located 16kms north of Coromandel town and approximately 5 kms north to Colville - where you will find the famous Colville Store (idea for supplies if you don't want to go back to Coro Town) and Green Snapper Cafe.

Bring your own 'Linen' - sheets and towels; however duvets and pillows are supplied. Guests to clean up and leave as found, cleaning service can be arranged (see cleaning option below).

"Bringing the Boat" - there is plenty of room for boat parking but due to the road incline up to the house bigger boats are unable to reach the parking near the house unless you have a tractor. There are other parking options available for larger vessels - please enquire when booking.
