Kitchen has oven, hob extractor, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge dining room has a TV with Freeview a table and four chairs, two sofas and a coffee table. Beds and bedding provided.

There are two bathrooms, three loos, laundry room with space to hang washing under cover or out in the garden.

Beautiful area to explore on foot or by bike, car....boat. The owner is a mine of information about exploring Picton and The Sounds.

Plenty of parking off street, the house is a five minute drive from Picton. Twenty five minutes to Blenheim.

Housekeeping done for you each week-no intrusion into your private space, just kitchen and showers cleaned.
