It has a heat pump/ fan unit and keep warm during the winter. A small fan heater also heats the room pretty quickly. It is very sturdy during an earthquake!

The building has excellent security. The front door requires a swipe card and the elevator requires a code.

Would be an ideal location for a single student or professional who want to be close to all the bars, cafes, and businesses of the CBD. You will be taking over my lease that runs until May 18th, at which time you may sign a new lease if you want to stay longer.
