5 minutes walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes to uni.

The unit has its own kitchen (with white ware), lounge, bathroom and wee deck at the front door that is sheltered from the road by shrubs.

There is also a heat pump that will keep you warm throughout the cooler months. Power is separate. You can also hook into our internet which is unlimited.

Smokers are ok as long as you only smoke outside.

If you are easy-going, will pay rent on time and are interested, give us a call/text to arrange viewing time.

Couples will be considered for $150/week

Bond is two weeks rent and rent is to be paid two weeks in advance.
