What a location!!! - just walk out your door, across the dunes and you are on one of the best beaches in New Zealand. A cute one bedroom apartment with a large lounge. A very central location close to the City Centre, swimming pool complex and surf clubs. It doesnt get better than this! - but be quick to secure htis gem.
