This is a single room in a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, within a complex of 3 similar houses.

Fully furnished with all kitchen ware and a washing machine. A bed, desk and wall heater in each bedroom. There's a TV in the lounge along with another wall heater.

We even have a cleaner that comes in fortnightly to clean the bathrooms and floors, but you still have to do your dishes and clean up the kitchen and your bedroom!!

Rent includes power and water. Great for students as its close to the BOP Polytech & Waikato University Windermere Campus - it's even on the bus route.

Friendly environment for all students or just a young single person looking from inexpensive accommodation. Lots of off street parking. No pets.

The cost is $150pw, per room, for a fixed term contract from February to end November (accommodation can be extended past this date).
